Schedule: Full-Time | Mon-Fri | 40 Hours/Week Overview We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our healthcare team in Kellogg, Idaho . This position offers a unique blend of hospital inpatient rehabilitation and outpatient clinic services , allowing you to work with a diverse patient population while collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on rehabilitation and home exercise programs. Maintain accurate clinical documentation while delivering exceptional patient care. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. Active Idaho Physical Therapist (PT) License . Current CPR Certification . Excellent communication and customer service skills.
