Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Lake Worth, Florida, United States. Job Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN) or other licensed health care professionals
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Monitor and record vital signs, medical conditions, and treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families
