Job Description & Requirements

• Scheduled details: 12hr Nights; 7pm - 7:30am x3 shifts per week
• Experience Requirements: 2 years of recent Critical Care/ICU or Emergency Department experience (looking for candidates with strong critical thinking skills),
• Experience with BiPAP, chest tubes, PICC lines, and drawing their own labs, Comfortable without a vascular access team, calling on own consults, and conducting own codes,
• Open-heart Day 2 or Day 3 experience with pacer wires. (patient ratios are 3:1 or 4:1 tops)
• Floating Requirements: Will be expected to float to ICU and all inpatient units- Med/surge, Med/tele, Acute/tele, and ED with prior experience
• Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend Required
• On-Call Requirements: None
• Holiday Requirements: Based on Unit Needs

License/ Certification Requirements:- Kansas RN or Compact RN License- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
