This role involves frequent in-person customer interaction and heavy lifting, providing essential support through inventory management and parts identification. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory of truck parts
- Identify and locate correct parts for customer and internal needs
- Provide excellent customer service through frequent in-person interactions
- Collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team
- Handle and lift heavy parts safely
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in heavy duty truck parts
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of heavy duty truck parts
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Customer service experience
