Inside Sales Specialist
NIC Industries (Cerakote, Cerakote Auto & Home, Prismatic Powders) is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to join our growing sales team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, solving customer needs, and driving sales growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and digital channels to develop relationships that are built on consultant based selling techniques.
- Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that drive value.
- Identify and act on sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing persuasively.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Self-starter with a results-driven attitude.
Compensation & Incentives:
- Base Hourly Pay Competitive pay based on experience
- Individual Sales Commission Earn additional income through sales performance
