Fleet Repair Solutions is hiring experienced Mobile Trailer Service Technicians to support medium- and heavy-duty fleets in the Pottsville, PA area. This role is ideal for technicians who enjoy hands-on work, independent problem-solving, and delivering reliable repairs in the field.

• Pay: Up to $35/hour + $2.50 shift differential on top of hourly pay
• Weekly pay
• Monthly performance bonus program (earn up to $12,000 per year )
• Overtime opportunities available

• 2nd Shift: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
• Two openings available

In this mobile role, you'll be responsible for keeping fleet trailers safe, compliant, and road-ready by:

• Performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs on trailers
• Diagnosing mechanical and structural issues efficiently
• Using digital systems and software to document work orders and repairs
• Following safety guidelines and industry compliance standards
• Communicating clearly with team members and leadership to ensure job completion

• 1+ year of trailer maintenance or repair experience
• CDL preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently in a mobile environment
