Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (19:00–07:00) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room environment within an acute care hospital setting
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients across varying acuity levels
• Document patient information and clinical findings accurately using Cerner electronic health records
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, timely, and effective patient outcomes
• Adhere to facility dress code and compliance standards throughout the duration of the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active, valid RN state license (no pending licenses accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience (hard stop)
• ACLS , BLS , PALS , MAB , and NIHSS certifications required
• Weekend availability required
• COVID vaccination status required at time of submission
• Local candidates are welcome

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a Magnet-designated, teaching, or Level II Trauma Center environment
• Familiarity with Cerner charting systems
• Experience managing high-acuity and diverse patient populations in an emergency setting
