Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions, applications, and supporting documents. Conduct thorough research on immigration laws and regulations. Organize and maintain client files and case documentation. Communicate with clients to gather information and provide case updates. Prepare legal documents such as affidavits, declarations, and correspondence. Ensure that all submissions comply with relevant deadlines and legal requirements. Handle administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and file management. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards. At least 3-5 years of experience as an Immigration Paralegal or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of US immigration processes, laws, and regulations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Proficient in legal research and document preparation. Familiarity with immigration law software and case management tools.
