The Retail General Manager is responsible for leading overall retail store operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role oversees team leadership, hiring, training, merchandising, and daily operations while maintaining brand standards. The Retail General Manager develops employees, implements sales strategies, analyzes store performance, and fosters a positive team culture to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily retail store operations and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales performance and achieve business objectives.
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and develop retail team members.
• Implement sales, merchandising, and visual presentation strategies.
• Conduct team meetings and communicate company initiatives.
• Monitor store performance and analyze reports to identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure consistent execution of brand standards and retail programs.
• Foster a collaborative, positive, and customer-focused work environment.
• Support employee career development and performance management.
• Maintain operational excellence and ensure compliance with company policies.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail experience.
• 3+ years of retail management or leadership experience.
• Experience with merchandising and visual presentation.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Ability to interpret reports and implement operational improvements.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• Flexibility to perform additional duties as needed.
