Ōnin Staffing is seeking a professional and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced banking environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Additional Requirement: Availability to work some Saturdays.

What You'll Do

• Provide professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service to customers.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of current banking products and services and recommend appropriate solutions to customers.
• Open and maintain customer accounts.
• Accurately maintain and balance a cash drawer.
• Assist customers with account balances, loan payoffs, and new account openings.
• Review and understand basic credit report information.
• Process loan applications accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and financial information.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and applicable banking regulations.
• Provide a positive customer experience with every interaction.

Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of bank teller experience.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Basic understanding of credit reports.
• Working knowledge of applicable federal banking laws and regulations.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new applications and software.
• Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude.
