A well-established and growingmanufacturing organization is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health& Safety (EHS) Manager to lead safety, environmental, and regulatorycompliance initiatives across its manufacturing operation. What You'll Do As the EHS Manager, you'll providestrategic leadership while remaining actively engaged on the manufacturingfloor. You'll work closely with plant leadership to identify risks, improvesafety performance, and ensure compliance with all environmental andoccupational health regulations. Key responsibilities include: Develop, implement, and continuously improveenvironmental, health, and safety programs throughout the facility. Foster a proactive safety culture by coaching leadersand employees on best practices and regulatory compliance. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and otherapplicable federal, state, and local regulations. Maintain environmental permits, hazardous wastedocumentation, air emissions records, and water discharge compliance. Develop and maintain emergency response plans, fireprevention programs, and hazardous spill response procedures. Lead facility inspections, safety audits, riskassessments, and corrective action initiatives. Coordinate and oversee employee safety trainingprograms, including: Lockout/Tagout Confined space Electrical safety Fall protection Maintain Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and ensureregulatory accessibility requirements are met. Investigate incidents, identify root causes, andimplement corrective and preventive actions. Stay current with changing environmental and safetyregulations through professional development and continuing education. Partner with operations and maintenance teams tocontinuously improve workplace safety and reduce operational risk. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety,Environmental Science, Industrial Hygiene, or a related field. Five or more years of progressive Environmental,Health & Safety leadership experience within a manufacturingenvironment. Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, hazardous wastemanagement, environmental permitting, industrial hygiene, and regulatorycompliance. Experience developing and implementing comprehensivesafety programs. Excellent communication, presentation, and leadershipskills. Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities. Comfortable spending significant time on themanufacturing floor interacting with employees and leaders. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and generalbusiness software. Why This Opportunity?
