Occupational Therapy Assistant

Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support high-quality, patient-centered rehabilitation in our inpatient setting. Working under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist, you will deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions, assist with evaluations, and implement individualized treatment plans to improve function, safety, and independence. Responsibilities include documenting patient progress, educating patients and families, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary rehab team in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding work environment.
