A successful and rapidly growing women's health practice in Boca Raton, Florida is seeking an additional Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN physician to join its expanding team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a supportive private practice environment, strong patient volume, schedule flexibility, and an outstanding South Florida lifestyle.

Practice Highlights:

• Established and growing women's health practice in Boca Raton
• Team includes experienced board-certified OB/GYN physicians
• Strong support from seven highly trained Nurse Practitioners
• Main office located on a hospital campus
• 11 flexible exam/procedure rooms
• In-house ultrasound and bone density testing
• Satellite office in Boynton Beach
• Outpatient surgery center located on the same floor as the main office
• Mid-level providers handle first-call responsibilities
• Flexible scheduling options available
• Full-time, part-time, and alternative schedules may be considered

Clinical Details:

• Approximately 65% Gynecology and 35% Obstetrics
• Average 6'7 deliveries per month per physician
• Strong surgical and gynecologic case volume
• Call frequency is negotiable based on physician preference and availability
• Practice does not accept Medicaid
• Patient base is primarily middle class, with a strong commercial insurance mix

Hospital Affiliation:

The practice is affiliated with a local 194-bed hospital featuring:

• Level III nursery
• 24-hour in-house anesthesia
• Pediatric coverage
• Full specialist support
• Collaboration with an OB hospitalist group
