Public Benefits Navigator: Medicaid & SNAP Support

Trilogy is seeking a dedicated Public Benefits Coordinator in the Chicago area to support Medicaid and SNAP enrollment and retention. The role collaborates with agency teams to educate clients, monitor renewals, and assist with eligibility requirements. A trauma-informed, harm-reduction approach guides service delivery. Hybrid work model: 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
