Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for reconstruction projects based on onsite inspections, photographs, and mitigation estimates.
• Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and gather necessary data for estimating.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure accurate bid submissions.
• Analyze labor, material, and overhead costs to develop comprehensive estimates.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and local building codes.
• Provide detailed reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in negotiations and adjustments to project scopes as needed.
• Utilize estimating software and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction estimating and sales
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs.
• Proficiency in Xactimate and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and sales skills for client interactions.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Certification in Xactimate
