Shipping Associate
Make It Showroom Ready. Send It Out Right.
Our attachments don't just need to arrive—they need to arrive ready to represent Blue Diamond.
We're looking for a hands-on Shipping Associate who takes pride in a job well done. You'll put the finishing touches on our products before they leave our facility and head to equipment dealerships across the country.
What You'll Do
- Pressure wash and clean attachments until they're showroom ready
- Inspect products for cosmetic issues and complete minor touch-ups
- Apply decals and shipping labels
- Palletize, wrap, and band products securely for shipment
- Stage finished products for carrier pickup
- May operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Make sure every attachment leaving Blue Diamond looks like something you'd be proud to put your name on
