Responsibilities Maintain police records, prepare court files, handle data entry, update arrest records, mail accident reports, and assist with citation entry and fine collection. Key Skills Strong customer service for public inquiries and calls, independent judgement for problem-solving, and the ability to interpret technical documents. Certification GCIC Terminal Operator certification is required (or must be obtained within 3 months). Must hold a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must possess a valid Georgia Driver’s License. Must have good moral character with no felony convictions. Must successfully pass a drug screen, criminal background check, and voice-stress analysis.
