Delivery Driver - Pharmacy Services

Nuclear Pharmacy DriverResponsible for the prompt and accurate delivery and distribution of radiopharmaceuticals or oncology pharmaceuticals to medical care providers in accordance with customer demand and requirements of the assigned route. Prepares doses for shipment, prepares cases, wipes doses, and loads and unloads containers in keeping with the prescribed safety standards and Department of Transportation (DOT).$1,000 New Hire Sign On Bonus!Schedule40 hours per week.Scheduled hours are typically Monday – Friday 3:00am – 11:00am.Will also work in holiday (2am-9am), or on-call shift rotations.Candidate must be flexible to work different days, schedules, hours or overtime based on business needs.This position is benefit eligible the first day of employment. This includes medical, dental, vision, Paid Time Off, education assistance, 401K and more!ResponsibilitiesPrepares and makes deliveries to customer accounts on assigned route using a company vehicle (non-cdl)Packages radiopharmaceutical medication for shipment, performs testing, and loads/unloads containersUses a handheld tablet to scan customer orders for accuracy, obtain route stop information and navigationProcesses packages returned from customer locationsMaintains vehicles in proper working condition and may perform minor roadside repairsPerforms general facility cleaning and other duties as requiredQualificationsHigh School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferredMust hold a valid driver's license and have a good driving recordMinimum of 18 years of age due to driving of company owned vehiclePrior delivery driving experience a plusAbility to manage weight up to 75 poundsComfortable driving in all weather conditions during day or night hoursAbility to sit, stand, be mobile and operate a vehicle for extended periods of timeMay require vendor credentialingStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work weekends/holidays as part of a rotationAbility to use computers and tabletsWhat is expected of you and others at this levelApplies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasksReadily learns and applies new information/methods to work in assigned areaMaintains appropriate licenses/training/certificationsWorks on routine assignments that require some problem resolutionWorks within clearly defined Standard Operating Procedures and/or scientific methodsAdheres to all quality guidelinesWorks with moderate degree of supervision.
