Key Qualifications:

• Current or pending Minnesota SLP license required
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• At least 2 years of prior school-based SLP experience
• Proficient with technology; able to pass a technical screening and internet speed test
• Reliable computer and webcam setup
• Annual liability insurance of 500K/500K coverage
• Experience with pediatric clients, teletherapy, and/or collaboration with educational teams preferred
• SLPA experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized speech and language plans
• Deliver remote therapy to students, promoting communication skill development
• Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress toward goals
• Partner with educators, families, and virtual teams to support student success
• Participate in virtual IEP meetings and provide consultative services as needed
