Ayat is a Michelin Guide-featured Palestinian restaurant known for exceptional hospitality, authentic cuisine, and a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We are looking for experienced, energetic servers who take pride in providing outstanding guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, attentive, and professional service to every guest.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of our menu, ingredients, and daily specials.
• Guide guests through food and beverage selections, including accommodating dietary restrictions and allergies.
• Accurately enter orders and manage tables efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room throughout service.
• Work closely with hosts, bussers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
• Follow all restaurant policies, health, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a full-service restaurant (high-volume experience preferred).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge or appreciation of Middle Eastern and Palestinian cuisine is strongly preferred.
