Heart and Vascular of West Tennessee is looking to add a new Licensed Practice Nurse, LPN, to our primary care department at our Lexington office. This fast-paced environment is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and strives to provide amazing patient care.
The perfect candidate possesses:
- Experience with various EMR systems- including Epic
- Prior experience as a Clinical Nurse LPN
- Primary Care experience
- Phlebotomy experience
- A great team player
- A strong desire to provide extraordinary patient care
A typical (clinic) day will include:
- Complete outgoing referrals
- Answer and return all nursing calls for the Lexington primary care department
- Complete any FMLA or disability paperwork for patients
- Review testing or lab work, and notify providers of abnormal results
- Complete patient refill requests
Position Requirements:
- Active LPN license
- Can pass a background check and drug screening
- Current BLS/ACLS certification
- Reliable means of transportation
