ABA Therapy Technician — RBT Training & BCBA Pathway

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a Behavior Technician to work 1:1 with children ages 18 months to 6 years in a center-based setting in Crystal Lake, IL. You will deliver ABA therapy under BCBA supervision while building skills through play and positive presence. You’ll track progress with ABA technology and prepare for your RBT certification within the first 45 days, with strong mentorship and a clear career pathway toward leadership and BCBA advancement. #J-18808-Ljbffr Caravel Autism Health
