Responsibilities Report to Nursing Management and deliver safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies, standards, and philosophy. Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, serving as a team member on multiple units while assigned to one unit per shift. Administer the nursing process with minimal supervision, exercising independent judgment and applying age‑specific and developmentally appropriate care. Rotate flexibly within the cluster for units where competency is obtained and work in a skills mix environment. Directly supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff while working with multidisciplinary team members. ACLS required for ICU, PCU, PACU and ED, plus PALS required for ICU-ED-PACU cluster. Successfully pass a telemetry rhythm test as part of the pre‑employment requirement. Must successfully pass any pre‑employment assessment(s) required by the facility. NIH Stroke Scale Certification within 90 days of hire required.
