Customer Support Representative

Key Responsibilities Customer Support & Engagement: Respond to inbound customer inquiries across phone, email, live chat, and ticketing systems in a timely and professional manner. Issue Resolution: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve product or service issues by collaborating with internal operations and product teams. Account Maintenance: Assist customers with account setup, order tracking, billing inquiries, service updates, and account modifications. Documentation & Tracking: Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and escalation notes within the CRM system. Process Improvement: Identify recurring customer pain points and contribute suggestions for improving knowledge base articles and operational workflows. Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 2+ years of customer service or client support experience in a fast-paced environment (SaaS, tech, or agency experience preferred). Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening capabilities. Tech Literacy: Proficiency with modern CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot) and helpdesk tools. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical abilities with a calm, patient approach to de-escalating difficult customer situations. Adaptability: High attention to detail with the ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time effectively. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or hybrid customer support environment. Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems, chat software, and basic knowledge base documentation tools. Bilingual skills (Spanish or English/other languages) are a strong plus.
