HVAC Service Technician

This mid-level opportunity is ideal for those ready to dive into the hands-on world of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning installation and service.

What You'll Do:

• Assist under the supervision of the Lead Installer in installing HVAC systems for multi- and single-family homes.
• Follow precise company and code standards to deliver quality installations.
• Arrive on time and ready to work at various job sites.
• Operate company vehicles when required.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and promptly report issues.

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license
• Motivation to learn and advance through ongoing training.
• Strong safety focus and the ability to follow instructions clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of residential HVAC service or installation experience.
• Proficiency with remote software tools for service calls.
• Knowledge of blueprint and schematic analysis.
• HVAC certifications like Journeyman, CFC Univ, and preferably EPA.
• Autonomy, integrity, and a serious approach to craftsmanship.
