Qualifications & Experience:

• Active RN license in good standing

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required

• Ability to remain calm and focused in rapidly changing clinical conditions

Responsibilities:

• Deliver focused, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill adult patients
• Monitor, document, and interpret vital signs and cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications, manage IV drips, and titrate critical infusions
• Collaborate closely with physicians and the broader healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans
• Provide education and emotional support to families during moments of crisis
• Ensure infection control protocols and ICU policies are strictly followed
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations and participate in code blue responses
