Compensation & Benefits This is a highly productive hospital with strong earning potential. Compensation is tailored to experience, schedule, and production. Compensation Competitive base salary:

$135,000-$175,000 , depending on experience and schedule Production-based earning opportunities Sign-on bonus

Qualifications Required Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college of veterinary medicine, or equivalent certification for international graduates Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE) Active Oregon veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure prior to start date

Preferred Experience utilizing digital radiography, dental radiography, and in-house diagnostics Experience in small animal general practice, urgent care, or companion animal medicine Strong communication and client relationship skills Collaborative, team-oriented approach to medicine Interest in exotics or pocket pet medicine

Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
