We're looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Human Resources Director to join our growing skilled nursing team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape our culture and support our staff as we continue building a positive work environment under new leadership.
Long-term care (LTC) experience is preferred. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience with recruiting and employee relations, and a passion for supporting employees while ensuring compliance with HR regulations.
