Construction/Real Estate Attorney

The Denver, Colorado office of FBT Gibbons is seeking an attorney to join the Real Estate Practice Group. Qualifications 5–10 years of construction law experience within a Real Estate Practice Group Ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex construction and construction‑related contracts across all project delivery methods (design‑bid‑build, design‑build, CM‑at‑risk, EPC) for various building types Experience advising clients on risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle Familiarity with professional services agreements and industry‑standard contract forms (AIA, ConsensusDocs) Strong academic record with excellent research and writing skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Compensation Salary range: $210,000 to $250,000 (based on experience, training, licensure, certifications and organizational needs) Quarterly and annual objective bonuses: potential $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level Annual subjective bonus Benefits Medical (HSA with employer contribution or PPO options) Dental and vision coverage Life insurance Short‑ and long‑term disability Various parental leaves Sick and vacation time Well‑being/EAP support Generous 401(k) retirement plan FBT Gibbons LLP is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr National Association of Women in Construction
