Our service department is growing, and we are looking for driven, customer focused individuals to join our Business Development Center. This is a high activity role that handles both inbound and outbound communication. You will be responsible for assisting customers over the phone, setting service appointments, and following up to ensure a smooth and consistent experience. What we need is someone who is confident on the phone, stays organized, and knows how to keep conversations moving while still making the customer feel taken care of.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver license and a good driving record
• Great attitude
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to handle fast pace work environment while keeping composure
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment
• Phone etiquette

Experience plus+++

• 2 YEARS experience in a Dealership Service Industry +++
• CDK/ADP Dealer Services Experience +++
• Dealerlogix software +++
