Required Skills & Experience

7-10+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management, Systems Engineering, or related infrastructure roles.\nExpert-level experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).\nStrong hands-on Active Directory administration and architecture experience.\nProven experience leading enterprise-scale migrations from on-prem Active Directory to cloud identity solutions.\nDeep understanding of hybrid identity environments and synchronization technologies.\nExperience developing migration strategies and executing complex identity transformation projects.\nStrong knowledge of authentication, authorization, identity governance, and access management concepts.\nExperience integrating enterprise applications with identity platforms.\nAbility to troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues independently.\nStrong communication skills with experience partnering directly with business stakeholders.\nAbility to work collaboratively in a highly cross-functional and in-person team environment.

Experience with large enterprise environments undergoing cloud transformation.\nExperience with Entra ID Governance, Conditional Access, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and identity lifecycle management.\nStrong Azure cloud experience beyond identity services.\nExperience supporting financial services or highly regulated environments.\nExperience with enterprise-scale identity security and compliance initiatives.\nPrevious experience mentoring engineers or acting as a technical lead.\nCertifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Azure Administrator, or related Microsoft certifications.\nExperience with modern authentication protocols including SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and Federation services.

Job Description

Day-to-Day Responsibilities\nLead and support enterprise identity modernization initiatives focused on Microsoft Entra ID.\nDesign, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions across hybrid and cloud environments.\nDevelop and execute migration strategies from on-premises Active Directory to Microsoft Entra ID.\nAssess current identity architecture and recommend improvements to security, scalability, and governance.\nConfigure and manage Entra ID integrations, Azure applications, authentication methods, and identity lifecycle processes.\nPartner with infrastructure, security, application, and business teams to gather requirements and implement IAM solutions.\nMonitor the health, performance, and security of identity platforms and proactively address issues.\nTroubleshoot complex authentication, authorization, and identity-related incidents.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and stakeholders.\nParticipate in architecture discussions and contribute to long-term cloud identity strategy.\nCore Responsibilities\nOwn the design and administration of Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory environments.\nLead identity migration efforts, including planning, execution, testing, and post-migration support.\nDevelop best practices around identity governance, access controls, and authentication.\nSupport enterprise application onboarding and integration with identity platforms.\nCreate technical documentation, migration plans, and operational procedures.\nEnsure IAM solutions align with security, compliance, and business requirements.\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful identity initiatives.\nServe as a technical escalation point for complex IAM-related issues.
