What Your Days Will Look Like Receive ongoing mentorship and structured supervision from a dedicated in-clinic CF supervisor. Grow your clinical skills in an environment that values curiosity, collaboration, and continuous learning. Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy services to pediatric patients. Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with families, physicians, schools, and your multidisciplinary team. Provide culturally competent, family-centered care. Complete case management and documentation consistent with department standards. Life and disability insurance. What You'll Need Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program. Currently in Clinical Fellowship Year. BLS/CPR certification. Physical Requirements Ability to sit 1 to 2 hours and stand or walk 4 to 6 hours daily. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
