Production Supervisor
The Job Center is hiring for a 3rd shift Production Supervisor for temp to hire job openings in the Euless area. Great environment and great company to work for! Compensation of $31.25 per hour. 3rd shift 10pm-6am (Train on first shift for minimum of 4 weeks). OT Mandatory. Unlimited Referral Bonus for anyone NEW that comes to apply and works 200 hours.
Responsibilities of Production Supervisor:
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing all production jobs to assure client satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team with knowledge of employment law, compliance, corporate policy and procedure.
- Print Industry Experience required, ideally in Xerox or Canon printers.
- Strong leadership and positive reinforcement.
Requirements of Production Supervisor:
- High School Graduate with Manufacturing Management experience or an equivalent.
- 5 years of supervisory experience. (15 or more employees) in a fast paced quick turn production environment.
- Experience with compliance operations and standards (financial/banking/healthcare etc)
- Must be energized and motivated; enjoy work.
- Interpersonal abilities to create and grow effective working relationships.
- Strong problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
- Microsoft Office (Word/power point/excel)
- Working knowledge in digital printing/insertion.
Stop into the office located at 3328 Harwood Rd, Bedford, TX 76021 anytime Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 p.m.
