Downstream Product Manager, Digital Solutions (Hybrid)

Stryker seeks a Downstream Product Manager for Digital Solutions to lead the development and commercialization of innovative digital offerings within the Trauma portfolio. The role involves market analysis, strategic planning, customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to establish scalable growth in digital healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and commercialization strategy for new Digital Solutions business within Trauma portfolio
- Analyze market dynamics, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop and execute strategic, marketing, and product launch plans aligned with business objectives
- Build customer understanding through research on buying behaviors, value drivers, and unmet needs
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams on training, launches, and commercial alignment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of work experience
- 2+ years of digital solutions experience in Orthopedics (preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience navigating complex interdivisional procedures and policies
Compensation: $107,200 - $178,600 USD Annual
