Unlike many trust environments where Senior Trust Officers are overwhelmed with administrative work, this firm provides dedicated Trust Administrator support for every officer, allowing you to focus on high-level fiduciary oversight, client relationships, and complex trust matters. Responsibilities Serve as the primary relationship manager for complex trust and estate accounts Interpret trust documents and oversee fiduciary administration activities Partner closely with beneficiaries, attorneys, CPAs, and financial advisors Navigate estate settlement matters, distributions, and trust account oversight Monitor fiduciary risk, trust taxation matters, and regulatory compliance Deliver white‑glove service to high‑net‑worth and multi‑generational families Collaborate with dedicated trust administration support teams to ensure seamless client service Qualifications 8+ years of trust and estate administration experience Strong understanding of fiduciary principles, trust operations, and estate administration workflows Experience working directly with high‑net‑worth clients and professional advisors Knowledge of trust taxation, probate coordination, and estate administration Ability to interpret complex trust documents and make sound fiduciary decisions CTFA strongly preferred; JD or CPA is a plus Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage sensitive family dynamics Benefits & Compensation Base salary between $130K–$155K + 12% bonus Hybrid schedule (4 days onsite / Fridays remote) Dedicated Trust Administrator support structure Low account loads compared to competitors Very limited travel required MOHR Talent is an equal‑opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
