Interventional RadiologistLocation: Kansas City, KS & Kansas, MOJob Type: Full-time/Part-timePosition OverviewWe are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Radiologist to join a growing, physician-led radiology practice. The ideal candidate will provide a full spectrum of image-guided minimally invasive procedures while participating in diagnostic imaging services as desired. This position offers a collaborative work environment, advanced imaging technology, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth.Whether you are an experienced physician or a new graduate, this is an excellent opportunity to join a high-volume practice with a broad case mix, strong multidisciplinary support, and flexible career pathways, including partnership-track or W-2 employment options.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a wide range of image-guided minimally invasive procedures, including vascular and non-vascular interventions.Interpret diagnostic imaging studies, including CT, MRI, ultrasound, fluoroscopy, and X-ray (optional for Interventional Radiologists).Evaluate patients before and after procedures, develop treatment plans, and provide follow-up care.Collaborate with referring physicians, surgeons, oncologists, vascular specialists, and other healthcare providers.Perform procedures including:BiopsiesDrain placementsVascular accessAngiographyEmbolizationVenous interventionsDialysis access managementAdditional interventional proceduresMaintain accurate documentation and timely reporting of procedures and imaging findings.Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer review, and departmental meetings.Utilize advanced PACS, RIS, and image-guidance technology to optimize workflow and patient outcomes.QualificationsMD or DO from an accredited medical school.Board Certified or Board Eligible in Interventional Radiology/Diagnostic Radiology (IR/DR).Eligible for or currently holding an active Missouri or Kansas medical license (preferred for faster onboarding).Fellowship training in Interventional Radiology preferred.Excellent procedural, clinical, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.New graduates are encouraged to apply.BenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planProfessional liability insuranceCME allowancePaid time offFlexible schedulingRelocation assistance of up to $10,000Sign-on assistance may be available based on experience
