THE DOCTOR

You are the clinical and cultural leader of this office.

You set the tone. You uphold the standard. You lead the team by example. You run consultations and reports of findings with clarity and conviction. You guide patients into corrective care because you believe they need it. You are visible in the community, present at workshops, screenings, and events. You build the kind of relationships that make families feel like they found their doctor for life.

English/Spanish fluency is a strong advantage in this market.

What winning looks like:

• 50%+ conversion rate
• 18–25+ new patient starts per month
• $60K+ monthly collections
• 100% ownership mentality

These are not ceilings. They are the floor our top doctors stand on, inside proven systems, with ongoing coaching, and a team built to support them.

COMPENSATION

Built to reward the doctor who performs.

• Base Salary — $70,000/yr
• Performance Bonuses — Tied to starts, conversion, and collections
• Growth Escalators — Compensation rises with your results 
• Leadership Path — Clear track within a growing multi-location organization

High-performing doctors earn well into six figures. The right doctor will not choose this role because of the compensation. They will choose it because of what they can build, and view the  base compensation as the starting line.
