Registered Nurse (RN) - Supervisor

Nurse Supervisor – Nursing

Schedule: 12H day shifts, every other weekend and holiday coverage

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours biweekly (does not include on-call time)

Requirements:

• Massachusetts nursing license
• BLS and ACLS-AHA certifications
• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• 3-5 years of nursing experience
• 2 years of leadership experience
• Epic experience
• Must be separated from a prior healthcare facility for 6 months to be considered

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee nursing operations across all units within the facility
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulations of nursing care
• Supervise nursing staff and support their professional development
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation within the nursing departments
