Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

• Thorough knowledge of relevant physiology and pathology.
• Proficiency in independent work and effective teamwork.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to rotate between Pulmonary Clinic and RT staff work.
• On-call duty rotation and cross-training in EEG and sleep medicine as needed.
• Familiarity with computer applications and software.

Dress Code: Scrubs (any color), closed-toe shoes, no denim. No perfume or cologne. Therapist/Patient Ratio: Typical 1:5 or 1:6. Typical Patient Need: ED, Inpatient, transport to tertiary care center.

Requested Time Off: Must be noted and verified at upload. No more than 5 days of RTO accepted.

Travel Requirements:

• Must work Thanksgiving and Christmas/New Year Eve Holidays.
• RTO during holidays not approved.

Submission Requirements:

• 5 years of current RRT experience in Acute Care Facility is required.
• High comfort level with Ventilators is required.
• Experience with HHN, BiPAP, and CPAP is required.
• NRP, ACLS, PALS certifications preferred.
• CPFT (Certified Pulmonary Function Technologist) Certification preferred.
• Asthma Educator Certification preferred.
• Prior travel experience preferred.

Certification Requirements:

• BLS (AHA) certification.
• NBRC certification.

State License Requirements:

• New Hampshire.
