This position is located in the Skilled Nursing Facility of the Veterans Home of California - Redding. This position will report directly to the Supervising Registered Nurse and under clinical direction of the Registered Nurse is responsible to perform the essential duties of a Licensed Vocational Nurse.

Special Requirements

• The position(s) require(s) a(n) Licensed Vocational Nurse License. You will be required to provide a copy of your license prior to being hired.

Veterans may qualify for a CalVet Veterans Hiring Preference. Military service must be included in the Employment History section of the Employment Applications (STD. 678). The application package must include documentation of discharge, appropriate to the branch of service. The documentation must reflect a discharge/release under conditions other than dishonorable.
