Proposal CoordinatorEstablished in 1900, Mead & Hunt is a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a full-time position available for a Proposal Coordinator to work with our transportation infrastructure group.Responsibilities include:Developing marketing materials and contentDriving the proposal development processLeading proposal kickoff meetingsStrategizing to create marketing plansIdentifying key publications and award submissions for the groupDeveloping and managing the annual marketing plan, schedule, and budgetLeading interview preparationOffering input and guidance on project and team selection for proposal pursuitsCoordinating business development calls and providing appropriate reportsOrganizing client eventsAttending tradeshows and conferencesTracking client feedback and satisfaction surveysSome travel may be required for conferences, events, and team training.The successful candidate must have the following:Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, advertising, public relations, or related field from an accredited college or university and at least two (2) years of relevant experienceOR An associate degree in marketing or related field from an accredited college or university and at least four (4) years of relevant experienceOR No degree and at least six (6) years of relevant experienceExperience in architectural/engineering industry or another technical service industry is a plusThe ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:Leading proposal submissions (RFP/RFQs) and interview teamsAdobe Create Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; and CRM databases (Vision or AEC360 preferred)Previous experience in the AEC industry: familiarity with Transportation/InfrastructureExcellent interpersonal, time management and organizational skillsExcellent grammar and writing skills required (Familiarity with AP Style Guide)Ability to work in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment while maintaining tight deadlinesProven organization, problem solving, communication, and interactive skillsAbility to understand and write about technical issues and understand related technical terminologyWhy Mead & Hunt?At Mead & Hunt, we're not just offering a job, we're inviting you to be part of a legacy.
