Full Time | Day Shift & Night Shift 6am-6:30pm, 6pm-6:30am | $19/hour!

About the Role:

As a STNA, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Your duties will include:

Assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff
Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
Assisting with mealtime activities, such as feeding and transitions
Maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents

Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality patient care, consistently meeting the needs of our residents
Develop and maintain a positive, caring environment that promotes dignity and respect for all individuals
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
Participate in resident care conferences and meetings as needed
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care
