Someone who is driven to provide the best care to patients and families during those vulnerable and emotional final days, and someone who will carry that supportive care to families and loved ones left behind.As a member of the Interdisciplinary Team, the RN Float is an experienced Registered Nurse who provides skilled palliative and end of life care in the community setting. The RN Case Manager Float is responsible for promoting the Hospice philosophy.
