Client Service Specialist
We are looking to add a Client Service Specialist to join our Property Casualty team in Waukee, IA. Offering a forward-thinking, innovative, and vibrant company culture, along with the opportunity to share your unique potential, there really is no place like Holmes!
Essential Responsibilities
- Prepares certificates, binders, and auto ID cards.
- Invoices agency bill transactions for new and renewal policies, monthly installments, endorsements, and audits.
- Ensures accuracy of invoicing and works with accounting to resolve any discrepancies.
- Orders policy changes from carriers, updates agency management system/exposure schedules, and sets follow-up tasks.
- Investigaes and corrects omitted items and commission differences on premium discrepancies (policies, audits, and endorsements).
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma; college degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 0-1 year of administrative, customer service, or office experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Licensing: Active state specific Property Casualty Insurance agent's license required or the ability to acquire license within three months of hire.
- Technical Competencies: Invests in understanding and applying insurance principles to consult with clients and meet their strategic needs. Actively contributes to workflows, processes, and deliverables, using agency systems to provide a world-class client experience and ensure compliance. Able to understand clients, prioritize tasks, manage status, and deliver impactful solutions proactively.
