Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate the team during closing shifts to maintain high service standards Ensure all closing procedures and security protocols are followed accurately Ensure food safety in all areas of the restaurant Support team members with training and development during shifts Hands-On Leadership during the shift to support Senior Operations Managers What You Will Gain Valuable leadership experience in a fast-paced food & beverage environment Training and ongoing support to grow your career Opportunity to work in a fun, enthusiastic, and loving team atmosphere Sundays off No late nights (closers are out by 11pm, sometimes earlier) Job Details Full-time position with weekend, closing shift availability required (preferably 2-11 or similar-can discuss). A 45-hour work week is typical; 5-day workweek plus Sundays off. On-site role at Forest Hill Chick-fil-A, locally owned and operated High school diploma or equivalent required Relevant leadership experience required Kitchen experience preferred Must be at least 18 years of age Benefits 100% personal Health insurance coverage 2 weeks PTO (prorated to start date)-no waiting period Sick time accrual (eligible to use after 120 days of employment) 401(k) matching Free meal & beverage on shift Sundays off Quarterly uniform allowance Guaranteed 5 hours of Overtime per week (additional may be available) Hourly wage (get paid for all the hours you work!)
