Customer Care ManagerMonarch Trade Services, as part of Foundation Partners Group, is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Customer Care Manager to lead business development and customer success efforts across the Seattle Metropolitan Area. This field-based role blends account management with strategic sales outreach, making it ideal for someone passionate about relationship-building and growing territory-based partnerships. This is a field-based position requiring consistent travel throughout the Seattle Metropolitan Area. Administrative tasks may be completed remotely or in conjunction with the Kent, WA Care Center.
