George Timuryan - State Farm Agency located in Sherman Oaks, CA has an immediate opening for a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experience.

2. Must be local, this is an in-office position and you must be able to make the commute to our Sherman Oaks, CA office location.

Responsibilities

• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.

What we provide

• Base Salary $45,000 - $48,000 plus Commission average $30,000 - $40,000 annually

Requirements

• Property & Casualty license required
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required
• Self-motivated
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer
