Family Practice/Primary Care Physician Assistant

Boston, Massachusetts Area Primary Care NP/PA JobsClinical Role:

• Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible nurse practitioner or physician assistant

• Must have at least two years of post training primary care experience

• Opportunities available in Dorchester, Quincy, Lynn, Brockton, and Beverly

• You would work at one site only

• Medicare-focused patient population (65+)

• Hybrid schedule

• Four onsite days per week from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

• One remote day per week

• Monday-Friday schedule

• Part-time option available

• Light call schedule

• Approximately two evenings per month

• Approximately two weekends per year

• Average patient volume: 15-18 patients per day

• Comprehensive, team-based primary care model

• Focus on chronic disease management, preventive care, and social support

• In-clinic and virtual care options

• Coordinate care with specialists and hospitals

• Emphasis on social determinants of health including housing, food security, and loneliness

• Work alongside physicians and APPs

• EMR: Athena

Organization Information:

• Base salary: $140,000-$160,000 DOE

• 10% bonus opportunity
