Position Description
The DevSecOps / Release Manager oversees CI/CD pipelines, release management, and secure deployment processes. This role ensures efficient, compliant, and controlled software delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- 8–12+ years of DevOps/Release Management experience
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and processes
- Experience with Jira, version control, and change management
- Understanding of security best practices in DevSecOps
Responsibilities
- Manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
- Oversee release planning and execution
- Maintain code repositories (e.g., Subversion)
- Enforce change control and version management
- Coordinate testing and deployment activities
- Ensure security compliance in DevOps processes
- Develop rollback and recovery plans
- Support audit and compliance requirements
