As a Wound Care Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing specialized care to patients with wound care needs. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care and patient outcomes.
- Provide expert wound care management and treatment
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation and patient tracking
- Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Work 1-2 summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day)
Requirements:
- Wound Care Certification
- Epic experience required
- Need 1 year experience in setting
- At least 1 completed travel contract preferred
- Must not have been an employee of UnityPoint in the last 12 months
- Valid driver‘s license and license verification required
- Skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission date
- 1 supervisory reference required at time of submission
- Must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility
